Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love what you order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
What can’t be returned:
- Intimates or worn clothing
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If you prefer, we can provide a return label for $10 CAD, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If it’s been over 10 business days and you still haven’t received your refund:
- Check with your bank or card provider
- Then email us at info@toniclarkboutique.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at info@toniclarkboutique.com.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Instructions
If using your own shipping method, please email us for approval before sending your return.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
